I could not agree with the prior review more. 99% of the time the ladies are having a snooty gab fest when you walk in and it's like you are bothering them when you come in. Same thing no greeting, no getting you a dressing room What is going on this is not like the CJ stores I love. Better get Ruth up here to train them proper. One of the few CJ store EVER that I have seen this attitude time and time again.
I agree with the other reviewers. I walk into the C&B Middleton store and all the sales people do not greet guests or offer up help on finding anything. Most of them are busy putting clothes on racks. One thing I did notice is that they preferentially help those customers they already know. These guests they welcome and smile. They offer sales pitch and dressing rooms. The rest of us that don't shop there too often are ignored until we ask for help. Very snobbish crew. Need more warm customer service personnel.
I love Christopher & Banks clothes, but the employees seem to completely ignore the customers at this store. It doesn't make any difference the time of day or the day of the week. I only come here when I am visiting. My home store greets the customer, informs us of sales, and asks us if we need any help. I have been in the store in Middleton trying on clothes while the clerks are talking to each other and don't say a word to me. What a blemish to the Christopher& Banks name.
