Always delightful, and the new location and building are stunning! I used to have a lot of anxiety with going to the dentist (growing up in a small town, there was only one place to go within 40 miles and I didn't always have the fondest of memories there) but with moving to Madison I knew I had many choices. I LOVE this place! They are always friendly and welcoming, and my hygienist Susan makes me feel like I'm part of their family by remembering things we had talked about on my previous visit, and she also makes me feel like I'm a rock star with how she compliments my teeth! I never fail to smile. Dr. Mann is also lovely and cheerful, making the last part of the exam quick and easy, as well as professional. I am very grateful to have such a wonderful dentist office to come to.
The staff at Middleton Family Dental is absolutely amazing! My wife and I are new clients to the practice and loved the experience we had during our first appointments. My wife was nervous, having not been to the dentist in some time, and Susan, the hygienist really made her feel comfortable through the process. The doctor was considerate and funny, and spent the time to try to get to know my family and background. The building has been newly renovated, with a soft modern atmosphere that makes you feel welcome. Overall, I loved their service and would highly recommend them for anyone looking to switch providers!
I have always had anxiety when it came to dental visits, even if just for a cleaning. After not having dental insurance for a few years I chose Middleton Family Dental for my first visit in a long time. The staff here is phenomenal! Susan, Dr. Mann's hygienist, made me feel comfortable from the minute she greeted me in the waiting room. She's funny, warm and genuinely cares. Dr. Courtney Mann is just as wonderful - she's quick, friendly and listens to you. They have recently moved into a brand new building which offers a lot more space and privacy than they had in their previous location. I will never say I look forward to going to the dentist but I don't dread it like I used to. Highly recommend!!
I've been coming here for over a year and I have been impressed with their staff every time. My dental hygienist is friendly and very competent and my dentist makes me feel taken care of. I would recommend Middleton Family Dental to anyone; plus their new building is beautiful!
I cannot say enough nice things about Middleton Family Dental. They have a brand new facility that is modern, comfortable and spacious. Everyone is very nice from the front desk, to the very experienced hygienists and the doctors. I have been going to the same hygienist for years! They are also great with kids too! I highly recommend them and believe you will be happy with them too.
