I saw Dr. Wessell for a fairly lengthy procedure today. His staff, from the front desk on, are so polite, friendly and professional, it is a very welcoming place from the beginning.
Because this was a longer procedure, Dr. Wessell offered me the opportunity to use NuCalm, a process that helped me relax and not dread the procedure, not offered at previous offices I have visited in my life.
Dr. Austin Wessell is a very understanding, compassionate, and bright dentist. I have been going through treatment with him for about a year, where I have been in the office about once a month. He always made sure I was comfortable during each procedure and aware of the process. I wanted my smile to look perfect, and that was accomplished. I am so happy with the result! Michelle and Ashley, Dr. Wessell's assistants, are both very kind and outgoing. Melissa, my hygienist, is gentle and thorough. And Julie at the front desk always helps make scheduling easy and greets me with a big smile. I highly recommend Dr. Wessell and Madison Dentistry!
AWESOME dentist!! All of my front teeth were chipped and spaced, and I wanted them fixed before my wedding. I was cutting it close, but Dr. Wessell understood my sense of urgency and made it work for me. Not only did he make it work, he did an awesome job - they look so good now and I'm so happy I went to him. He is a perfectionist and an artist, but also a caring and cool human being who makes you feel comfortable - when he did the numbing I didn't feel a thing - the best injection I've ever had. Also, he gave me the drug-free sedation with "NuCalm" and I was totally in a trance! I didn't even know what was going on and then all of a sudden we were done and my teeth looked amazing. Go see Dr. Wessell, he is the best!

Dr. Wessell also carries a very professional and friendly demeanor making the appointment effortless and comfortable. He explains the procedure clearly so you understand exactly what is happening and when and even spells out a timeline so you’re not sitting there in the dark.
