In the past we have experienced great service but now I will not be returning. When calling to make a reservation we were put on hold for 45 mins before we finally just ended the call. The next evening we took the vehicle in and dropped it off to have a tire (that they previously inspected 2 weeks prior) replaced because it was losing a significant amount of air during just hours. I was given a bunch of attitude and excuses without apology for the hold time the previous day and told that even though I scheduled an appointment online for 8 am the next morning they really didn't have time to get mine done because they were short staffed. As a customer I really don't want to hear the internal problems of the company. The next day at around 530 I came back to check on my car and was told the incorrect tire size had been assigned (I used/trusted the app that had pulled up my vehicle and records) and they needed to retrieve a tire of the correct size from a neighboring store. At 3 pm they had called to suggest I change both front tires..... Why didnt they discover that at that time? During our time there waiting for the to situate things there were interactions with other customers and all were extremely rude. Then I received an email at 745 pm stating my car was complete. I had discussed the possibility of being out of town and asked they lock my keys in it so my daughter could pickup using the spare key. At 9 am I arrived to pick up our vehicle only to find it still on the hoist. 30 minutes later we finally had our vehicle. They claimed there was a smash in the tire that wasn't there 2 weeks ago. After getting the vehicle home I find they have changed the wrong tire and the tire that had the "slash" was not losing air. We did not want to change extra tires as we will be trading this vehicle in during the next 2 months. Needless to say I do not plan to return to tires plus even for my road hazard warranties.
I arrived at 7:30pm on a Friday night, 1/2 hour before closing, with a blown tire. I needed to get the tire fixed if I wanted to get home that night as it was too far to drive on a compact spare. The team was able to coordinate the approval for a new tire with my fleet management company and get a new tire installed by 8:30, a half hour past their closing time, and I was able to make it home that night.
Had a flat tire, and took my vehicle in to get the tire replaced. Front counter was courteous and provided me with several options for replacement. The place was a little busy as they were running a service and tire promo. All an all in and out in about 2 hours.
They charged me $72 for an oil change. I drive a 2015 Chevy Malibu. Before I handed my keys over, I asked the man behind the counter how much it would cost. He said he wouldn’t know until he looked at the size of my engine. $72 for an oil change is unacceptable and I will not be back. There was a $10 mail in rebate, but it can only be used at Tires Plus - it is not cash back.
Great service and usually pretty quick for oil changes and tire rotation. Alway get some sort of discount! Service staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Appointments are definitely recommended so plan ahead.
