A relative accidentally backed into our Prius while we were parked in her driveway on a out of state trip. When we returned home to Middleton, I gave Mike at Avenue Auto Body the insurance check and he gave US a GREAT loaner vehicle for the 3 days it took to repair the damage. When we got the car back IT LOOKED BETTER THAN EVER! Talk about worry-free collision repair!!
Mike came recommended by a family member who I trust with body work advice, and I was not disappointed. We had a rough fall with hail, and a winter with ice so our work was put on their schedule about a month out, but Mike helped make our car usable and safe in the meantime, so it wasn't an issue. He was very up front with the estimate, explaining where every little expense came from. We were VERY with the outcome.
My husband and I have used Avenue Auto body on several occasions and have always been very happy with the results. Mike is very professional, and the work he does it top notch. We would recommend him to anyone who wants to have their car repaired by someone who is fair, honest and does great work.
