I was in a hurry & having a stressful day but the staff was a really nice breathe of fresh air. They were friendly, genuine, professional & fast. It was a very pleasant experience
Placed an order online at 5:15 to be delivered to my work. At 6:00 I called to check on the status of my order since my work is about 2 miles from Milios and was informed that they don't deliver after 2:30pm. Guy on the phone said he could see my order but it was supposed to be transferred to another location. Clearly the order was not transferred if they could still see it... No apology, no offer to make it right some way. Was just told they could delete the payment and fax the order to another location who would call me to get my payment info. After waiting for that call for 15 minutes and being told it would be about 35 min to get the sandwich (other store is 2.5 miles away) opted to order from jimmy johns, got sandwich from them in under 10 minutes. Horrible job Milios HQ for having a system that allows you to order delivery from a place that doesn't deliver.. Horrible job Milios Greenway for sitting on an order for 45min and doing nothing about it... Horrible job milios University for a 35min delivery time after someone already waited an hour when you are located 2.5 miles up the road.. I would be ashamed if I owned one of these stores...
