Had a great experience with the check in associate who gave a recommendation for a great local brewpub called the free house....just a 5 minute drive from the hotel. Hotel is easy to find and has a nice variety of shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms are newly renovated and nicely sized. Will definitely come back if my travels take me thru Madison area again.
Staff was AMAZING: customer service, knowledge, and attention. Wonderful continental breakfast; coffee, yogurt, and fruit, always available. Cool "old school" board games available in the lobby.
However, pool/ hot tub, very small for the size of hotel; deepest end is 4 ft. Rooms are fairly compact; bathrooms offer no vent. They have small refrigerators, but no microwaves.
Clean, fair rate, nice staff and seems overall well kept. Would return if able.

Hotel is clean and near shopping and food. Easy on and off freeway. Our first day the cleaning staff didn't clean our room, but front desk accommodated is by providing towels for the next morning. Fresh warm cookies await your arrival back to the hotel.
For the price/pr night, those things do matter.
I'm impressed with how clean this Inn is. I would definitely stay here again. And the staff is so friendly.
